Are you still confused by the question What is the difference the between the schedule and charter flights? I will explain briefly the difference.

Schedule flights are regular flight schedule with regular commercial aircraft, flight type has a specific timetable and you must have a ticket and stood in line with the passengers. Schedule delays flights do not care about you, because the schedule flights to depart in accordance with strict pre-determined schedule.

While charter flights are a small plane that you can rent exclusively with passengers is limited, with charter flights you do not need to buy tickets and join antran to fly. Charter flights provide many benefits but you have to pay dearly for it.
